  • When do I need to make a payment?
    Once you receive the quote, please pay 50% of the total amount to secure your booking in the next 3 days. Full payment will be made on the day of the event.
  • How long does it take to complete a decoration?
    Our team needs to be on-site at least 3 hours before the event for a seamless decorating process. Your attention to this timing is greatly appreciated.
